I recently started creating my first game and thought that this pixel art jam would be a great opportunity to train my pixel art skills. I'm just a beginner but I still hope you'll like it.
*Just one hour before submissions ended, I noticed that there was a theme. Sorry for not paying enough attention, but I think that my projekt still kind of fits the requirements.😅

No, it's not related to my game, it is a combination of five different games.
Upper left corner: Samus spaceship from Metroid
Upper right corner: Olimars rocket and the Pikmins onions from Pikmin
Lower left corner: Mushroom kingdom with Peach's castle from Mario bros.
Lower right corner: hyrule castle and master sword in the forest from Zelda
Middle bottom: inkopolis from Splatoon
Oh I see, nice tribute!
Without context I thought the big planet was the "awesome discovery". Those franchises were life-changin for many people so I guess it fits the theme.
